Getting started

How do you decide what is worth automating?

We look at how the work really runs today and where AI would help most, and say plainly what is best left alone. What to build first goes into a plan you keep.

What if the audit finds nothing worth building?

Then it says so. You keep the plan either way, and there is never an obligation to build anything off the back of it.

Why not just use ChatGPT ourselves?

For the odd task, you can. What gets built here is wired into your actual systems - stock, orders, your CRM - runs unattended, and gets checked and improved on an ongoing basis, rather than a person copying answers into a chat window. This is a completely different ball game. Give a model real context and it stops guessing - output stays consistent, errors get caught early, and every decision is backed by your own data.

What happens on the first call?

You describe the parts of the business that feel slow (or that you want to grow) and get a read on whether AI is the right tool and roughly what a first build would involve. We build around your challenges - we never try to force AI to fit a problem.

Do you need to know what you want built?

No. Most clients arrive with a symptom rather than a specification. Turning that into a clear plan is exactly what the audit is for.

Build and delivery

How long until something is live?

It depends on what is being built. The audit comes first, and the plan it gives you sets out what to build first and how it will be put live.

Do you need your own developers or data team?

No. Builds sit on the tools you already run, handed over with documentation and training your existing team can manage.

How do you keep up with how fast this is moving?

By treating it as the job, not a side skill - testing new models and tools against real workflows every month, and only shipping what actually earns its place.

Will this replace software you already pay for?

Usually not. Builds wire into your existing stack rather than replacing it - your team keeps the tools they know, the tools just stop needing babysitting. However, sometimes we might build custom apps or software that can replace certain subscriptions - it really depends on your setup and needs.

Does the work stop once it is live, or is it ongoing?

Either. Every build is handed over documented well enough to run on its own. Staying on means what is live keeps improving and new capability gets added as it lands - which tends to compound fast in a field moving this quickly, but it is never a condition of building.

Data and security

Won't our competitors just do the same thing?

Not if they are doing it by hand in a browser - that is available to anyone, including you, and copying and pasting into a chat window is not an edge. What is built here runs inside your systems without anyone prompting it, and gets sharper every month. That is a different level, not the same tool used slightly better.

What happens to our data?

Everything runs behind permissions and a human sign-off step, built around UK GDPR from the start. Sensitive work can stay inside your own cloud, or run on models that never train on it - and every agent leaves an audit trail of what it did and why.

Will customers ever deal with an AI directly?

Yes, once an agent has earned that. Every new one starts by drafting the reply, the quote or the booking and waiting for a human to approve it. As accuracy holds up, the high-confidence cases get handled directly, and what is left for a human keeps shrinking.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Anything customer-facing or financial keeps a human approval step until the numbers justify removing it. Every system logs what it did, so a mistake is traceable rather than mysterious.

Working together

How much of our time does this take?

A couple of calls for the audit. Everything after that is designed to hand time back, so routine work stops needing anyone's attention.
