Workflows and automations

Stop doing the same job twice.

Orders rekeyed by hand, invoices chased one by one, the same report rebuilt every week. We automate jobs like these inside the tools you already use - or build a new system if we think it's better.

Joined-up work across the systems you run.

One run reads, checks and updates every tool it touches, and stops for a person only where set to do so.

How it works

  1. 01

    Map how the work runs

We follow the job as it is done today, step by step.

  2. 02

    Build it into your tools

One workflow at a time, with a person checking where it matters.

  3. 03

    Watch it run, then widen

Every run can be seen. Then on to the next job.

FAQs

Do we have to change the software we use?

Usually not. Automations are built around the tools you already run - the point is to remove the retyping between them, not to hand your team something new to learn.

Is this AI, or just automation?

Both, depending on the step. A good deal of it is ordinary rules-based plumbing, which is more reliable and cheaper to run. AI gets used where judgement or language is genuinely needed.

What happens when something goes wrong?

Failures are caught, retried where that is safe, and escalated to a person where it is not. Nothing fails silently.

How small can a first project be?

One workflow is a perfectly good place to start.
