AI agents

Put reasoning to work.

Software that reasons through a task: it plans the steps, uses your tools, checks its work and hands over to a person where it matters - in marketing, sales, operations, finance admin, support and research.

Any skill you can describe, we can get AI to learn too.

Each agent is set up for one job, with your tools and examples, and a person checks anything before it goes out.

How it works

  1. 01

    Pick the job

A task that comes round often and follows a pattern, in any part of the business.

  2. 02

    We teach AI the skill

Your tools, your examples and the way you like it done, plus where it should stop and ask.

  3. 03

Run it with a person in charge

It does the work, a person checks what goes out, and it takes on more from there.

FAQs

What stops it making things up?

It works from your own material and tools rather than from general knowledge, and it is set up to say it does not know and pass to a person instead of filling the gap.

Does it replace our team?

It takes on the repetitive part of a job so your team spends its time on what needs a person. A person stays in charge of what it does.

Will customers know when it is AI?

Yes - wherever it talks to customers directly, that is the default and the honest option. Most agent work happens behind the scenes, with a person checking what goes out.

What about our data?

Your content stays in your accounts, customer data stays out of model training, and anything sensitive can be kept out of scope.
